Use of Site

You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases, and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. 'Deep-linking', 'embedding' or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of this site and /or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws. 

Product Warranty

The warranty provided is a Carry-In Warranty”. If you experience a failure, the product must be sent to Led Art. We will evaluate the failure, and if the defect is due to a factory fault, we will replace the product at no charge. All labor to remove and reinstall units, as well as transport to and from our premises is not covered under our warranty.

The Client is responsible for shipping and insurance costs associated with the return of the faulty product.  Led Art will be responsible for the payment of shipping costs of the return to the client should the product be found to be faulty. Should the warranty service require the replacement of a component part, these items will become the property of Led Art. The replacement component part will be new, or equivalent to new once repaired, meeting quality standards. The warranty remaining on the original unit is assumed on the replacement unit or replacement parts.

We have spares available consistently, and once the evaluation has taken place, and is to be found that it is a unit covered under the warranty terms, a replacement unit will be sent back, the following day.

If the product is returned during the limited warranty period, but the problem with the product is not covered under the terms and conditions of this limited warranty, you will be notified by Led Art and given an estimate of the product repair cost, plus shipping charges. If the estimate is refused, the product will be returned freight collect unless we are instructed in writing to do otherwise. If the product is returned after the expiration of the limited warranty period, the Led Art’s normal service policies shall apply, and you will be supplied with a written estimate of the repair costs plus for shipping charges.

Not Covered Under Warranty

This warranty only covers normal use in an intended environment. This warranty does not cover any user-installed peripheral devices, dealer or user-installed pc boards or any other components. Use of a power supply other than that provided, the connection of the product to any other power source other than what is specified and connecting the unit to an electrical outlet not properly grounded.

This warranty does not cover the failure of the product due to inadequate maintenance, electrical surges/spikes, misuse of the product, improper installation, improper return shipping or general neglect. This warranty does not cover disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes or any other natural disasters. Any servicing of the product by the owner or an unauthorized technician is not covered by this warranty.

The warranty and remedies expressed above are exclusive and in lieu of all other express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some laws do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. If these laws apply, then all express and implied warranties are limited to the period expressed on the product page. Any statement or representations made by any person, company or firm are void, unless stated above. Led Art will not be responsible or liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage including direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use their products, whether resulting from a breach of warranty or any other legal theory or opinion.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The contents of this site are provided "as is" with the warranty as supplied by the relevant supplier, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement.

The owner of this site, the authors of these contents and in general anybody connected to this site in any way, from now on collectively called "Providers", assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in these contents.

The Providers further do not warrant, guarantee or make any representation regarding the safety, reliability, accuracy, correctness or completeness of these contents. The Providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, general, special, incidental or consequential damages (including -without limitation- data loss, lost revenues, lost profit or any so other claims) which may result from the inability to use or the correct or incorrect use, abuse, or misuse of these contents or the products supplied, even if the Providers have been informed of the possibilities of such damages.

Product availability

Products that require physical delivery have a lead time is dependent on stock availability at our individual suppliers. Every effort is made to ensure that the goods are dispatched from our offices within 3 - 5 working days. The couriers then deliver within 2 business days. This means that the normal delivery time is usually within 7 business days. Should stock be unavailable for any reason, we will contact you to determine if you would like to wait for the products, receive a substitute product, or to obtain a refund. Once orders are dispatched a courier tracking number will be issued via e-mail and or SMS to the client. There are also larger product items on the website, that require larger logistical considerations and or shipment costs, we reserve right to ship these products on a longer term.

Please note that some items have a longer lead time, but you will be notified of this at the time of order.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Led Art will contact you telephonically or via email and will provide a revised shipping schedule.

Where payment is made by the method of direct deposit the order will be processed within 24 hours of the payment reflecting as paid in our bank account.

Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions as displayed. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website. 

Shipping

Delivery Address:

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Where possible please use a business address for delivery as the courier will not leave a package without a signature.

 

Undeliverable packages:

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. 

Order processing:

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflected in our bank account. 

 

Refunds / Returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 10% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days at the cost of shipping for your account, and then the refund less 10% handling shall be affected to your account.

If the incorrect goods have been shipped, then Led Art will arrange to collect the goods on our account. The customer may then choose a full refund or the shipping of the correct goods. Should the goods be lost by our appointed courier Led Art will reprocess the order without additional cost to the customer.

In the case of faulty goods in warranty, the first point of contact will be Led Art (e-mail to support@led-art.co.za) Led Art will then advise of the address to which the goods must be returned along with proof of purchase. Once received, the faulty goods will be tested, and a warranty claim approved or rejected by the relevant supplier. If approved the goods will be repaired or replaced within 7 working days. 

Note: Led Art recommends that you use a registered courier services company or Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) for all returns as they offer shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered. Please remember to Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which any loss or damage will be for your account.

 Payment Options and Pricing

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON A FIRST PAY BASIS. Unpaid orders which go out of stock after orders are placed will be canceled.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Led Art endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

Led Art reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

EFT orders not paid within 4 days will automatically be canceled unless arrangements are made with us.

Credit Card

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilize one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site later to complete your order. All your order details will be saved online under in the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready! Sorry for the inconvenience.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Led Art as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.

Please note only 1 (one) Voucher Code per order is allowed.

Law

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
